Q: Are pets allowed?

A: We do allow pets on the property but not in any of our buildings. That would include our office, cabins, motel rooms, event center rooms, and event center. We do require all dogs to be kept on a leash and under the supervision of the owner at all times. Waste of dogs must be picked up at the time waste is created not at a later date.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation we require a 48 hour notice. This does not include RV sites. We no not provide refunds on any RV site reservations. If no cancellation is made and you do not show up we will call to see if you are coming. If we hear no reply back from you within the first two days of your reservation you will be charged for your reservation in full by Hidden Falls Cabins & RV Park.

Q: Can I have my DJ for my event be outside?

A: You can BUT the noise ordinance for Nebraska City is below.

It shall be unlawful to use, operate, or permit to be played, used, or operated, any radio receiving set, television set, musical instrument, phonograph, car stereo or other machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound, in such manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, and comfort of the neighboring inhabitants, or at any time with louder volume than is necessary for convenient hearing for the person or persons who are in the room, vehicle, or chamber in which such machine or device is operated and who are voluntary listeners thereto, and which unreasonably disturb the peace, quiet, and comfort of the neighbors and passers-by, shall be deemed a violation of this chapter. The operation of any such set, instrument, phonograph, machine, car stereo, or device in such a manner as to be plainly audible at a distance of one hundred (100) feet from the building, structure, or vehicle in which it is located shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this section. At no time shall the words played or used on any radio receiving set, television set, phonograph, car stereo, or sound amplifying equipment, be profane, lewd, indecent, slanderous and audible at any distance beyond the room, vehicle or chamber in which such sound is being generated.

Q: Do you have any pull through sites?

A: We do not. All of our sites are back in only.

Q: Can I bring my ATV/Golf Cart?

A: I’m afraid not. The only ATV’s / Golf Carts allowed on the property are for maintenance use and are driven by staff.

Q: If I’m having a event at the event center can I set up the day before?

A: In order to set up the day before your event you’ll have to book it for both days.

Q: If I want to clean the event center myself and not be charged the cleaning fee can I come in the day after to clean?

A: The event center will need to be cleaned the day of your booking unless you book it for the next day also.

Q: How many people do your cabins sleep?

A: They sleep 4 people (1 queen bed / 1 full bed - pull out couch) but keep in mind its a studio style room.

Q: Are the event center rooms cabins?

A: No they are more like duplexes. Each building is split down the middle with a room on each side.

Q: Where are your motel rooms located?

A: We have two motel rooms connected on either side of our office building.

Q: How do I check in after hours when your office is closed?

A: Your self check in form should be located in the red mail box next to our office door with your name on it. There you will find all the information you will need to check in successfully. Otherwise just give us a call and we will get you all set up.
